The National Anthem is a symbol of this country and all the young men and women that have worked, fought, and died to protect it. However, that doesn’t mean that someone can’t turn our nation’s theme song into a FUBAR that would embarrass us all.

She obviously did not practice before going on.
Actually, she was not bad at all…her version was just to DAM slow…talking about getting your 15 minutes of fame, dam…I went to sleep waiting for her to finish…over-all, I giver her three stars or of five….

Sorry. I don’t like to put children down, but this was not singing; it was caterwalling, hollering. Clearly, she was trying to imitate someone, but it did not go over well. She sang some words incorrectly and sang the notes to ” …banner yet wave … ” wrong. Maybe, with practice ….
No defense possible, she was truly horrible. And I thought the little miami girl who song two nights in a row at the NBA finals was bad
I hate when some people try to sound like a sista. If you wanted to sound like a sista you should of practiced. I was singing in a gospel choir since I was a kid, and I remember we had choir PRACTICE!! She sounded like she was drunk singing or high as hell.
Not too bad. With voice control lessons, she could be a star by today’s standards. Not bad.
