Chris Brown hit the stage at the 2012 Billboard Awards tonight to perform “Turn Up The Music.”

R&B Starlet Brandy presented Chris Brown tonight as he performed “Turn Up The Music” off his upcomingFortune album at the 2012 Billboard Awards.  He may have turned up the music but he also turned off the lights as he performed with a glow-in-the-dark set complete with bikers, a skating ramp and tons of colorful dancers.
