Jay-Z is really urking my nerves acting as if he doesn’t have any other children! Now that B has had his child he wants to transform into the perfect man (I don’t believe it). Supposedly he’s giving up the word B*tch for Blue Ivy!
According to Rollingout.com:
If a father could do one thing to make the world a better place for his newborn daughter, what do you think it would be. World peace? Safer streets? Financial security? In the case of rapper and business mogul, Jay-Z since security and finances aren’t pressing issues for him and his family, and world peace is out of his control ther is a small change he can make that would have far reaching impact — stop using the word “b—-.” Jay-Z is all to well aware of the influence his musics and his lyrics have on the actions and attitudes of youth here and over seas. Check out Jigga’s letter to Blue Ivy Carter, he and wife Beyonce’s brand new baby girl.
Before I got in the game, made a change, and got rich,
I didn’t think hard about using the word B—-.
I rapped, I flipped it, I sold it, I lived it
now with my daughter in this world
I curse those that give it.
I never realized while on the fast track
that I’d give riddance to the word bitch, to leave her innocence in tact.
No man will degrade her, or call her out her name
the women won’t despise her and call her the same.
I know it’s gonna miss me
cuz we been together like Nike Airs and crisp tees
when we all used to hang out front
singing 99 problems but a lady ain’t one.
Excuse me miss, can I be your mister
cuz I can tell the difference from a little girl and a sister,
She never grew up, her father left her alone
I promise not to talk like we used to
until Kingdom Come.
I’m so focused on your future,
The degradation has passed
I wish you wealth, health, and insight
forever young you may pass.
Blue Ivy Carter, my angel.”
Madam Prezident Response: Jay-Z please find the nearest bridge and JUMP! You’ve spent the last 20 years using profane language and influencing everyone else’s children-Now that your child is born (not even your first child) you want to pretend as if you are GANDHI! I believe in change Mr.Carter-I just don’t believe you’ve changed! If you are truly retiring the word out of respect for your daughter, it’s sad you skipped the respect for your mother and wife!

Happy 31st Birthday BEYONCÉ!

Wow you said it Madam P. Right ON!
Please let Lady B. soon have a young sire, so Master Jay Z may retire the word nigger as well!
AMEN, AMEN!!
That’s what it takes for him to change his ways as no one else matters to him as far as showing respect is concerned. I wonder if he considers the First Lady a “B?”
Of course, he’s used this word and has profited from it excessively;
now we must now ask the question: can a man (or a woman) change?
Can he leave the foolish ways of his youth and show the world that he has the
courage and nerve, to change?
Madam Prezident, we can only hope and watch to see if he keeps his word,
which is all a man has…
His change, and his great influence he’s gained, will give others permission
and encouragement to change. Let us keep watch…I hope he does.
YES!!!!!
@Roslyn Ferguson: EXACTLY!!!!!!!
Madam P you said it well cause if he’s now waiting till now that a daughter was given to him then he’s in a very SAD state…… Doesn’t he have a mother? he has a Wife and maybe sisters so i guess the B word was all meant for his mother, sisters if he has and his Queen Bitch wife beyonce……… That word is such a disgrace to women all over the globe and jus cause he paid for a daughter he’s now talking about retiring the B word……… Jay PLZ sit you Ugly ass down cause us women have heard u used the word so often that u not using the word don’t mean shit to us after all the years u have called down women using it………… Don’t worry jus the same u have verbally abuse women with such profane words jus remember the world have not changed so BIC ur turn will come one day for now enjoy ur childhood……….
J Z is looser because he called all young girls and woman batches no respect for his mother and his wife until his daughter was born to him she is the only one who deserve not to be called a bitch I do not buy his music but for those who do especially woman and young girls all you are good for is to buy his music and make him rich .i don’t buy any of the two of them music I wonder if beyond will stop having sex on stage now that she has a daughter an will she ware more clothing now or will she still dress hoeish .

Please Jay-Z!! It was alright for years to call Females Bitches. My daughters and others heard you say it? Yet, when you have a Female you’re not going say Bitch! Get your priorities right!
Teach your about her African heritage starting in Africa then in the Americas and Europe. Donate money for Black Kids to learn higher science and math.
Pity Jay-Z that he has to experience fatherhood to become wiser. But better late than never. Hard to believe he couldn’t see that using the “B” word was a degrading way to refer all women — his mother and all other mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, girlfriends, wives, single ladies, girls, etc, etc. But his daughter’s welfare above all other girls/women is what matters to him. How very selfish and limited his attitude and heart.
All women need to be treated with dignity and respect. Women of African descent whose forebears were enslaved in the Americas have historically disproportionately experienced sexual assault/abuse, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, poor health, poverty, low educational attainment, depression, and a whole host of other societal problems. Jay-Z and all the other hip-hop artists who spew misogynistic lyrics need to treat African-American women with respect and stop calling them out of their names and look into the historical pain that often causes them to engage in self-destructive actions (overeating, sexual promiscuity, drug abuse, alcoholism, sedentary lifestyle, health neglect, etc.)
Also, Jay-Z (as well as all other members of human society) need to stop using the n-word. Read the accounts of lynching in Ida B. Wells’ Southern Horrors: Lynch Law in All its Phases and A Red Record: Tabulated Statistics and Alleged Causes of Lynching in the United States 1892, 1893, 1894. Learn about the men, women, and children who were burned alive, castrated, cut into pieces, etc. and among the last words they heard before they were murdered was the n-word.
