Karrine Steffans and Lil Wayne Were Seeing Getting Up-Cose and Personal In Las Vegas Last Night

Last night cameras flashed on Lil Wayne and one of (perhaps) thousands of  his flings, Karrine “Superhead” Steffans. The two were spotted in the VIP section section of the 1OAK club for Lil Wayne’s Truckfit party. Steffans claimed the two had been intimate before she allegedly married an unknown man. Steffans retweeted a message tweeted by her friend regarding her reaction to seeing Lil Wayne: “Loved the look on @KarrineandCo face when @LilTunechi came in at 1oak… #rideordie” it read.

After taking to her social media account to practically verbally emasculate her alleged husband about his horrible sex and dull lifestyle, rumors claimed Steffans had become impregnated by Lil Wayne. She denied the rumors and said she had not been intimate with the rapper since her first marriage.

Steffans is most known for book titled, “Confessions of a Video Vixen,” in which she provided in-depth detail about her rendezvous with celebrity men including Usher, Jay-Z, Vin Diesel, Ray J, and many, many, more. She donned the name “Superhead” from Ja Rule who referenced her as giving great oral sex.
