Ray J and Whitney Houston seemed to have a special relationship. The family doesn’t agree, since they seem to believe that Ray J contributed to some of the bad habits Whitney had that led to the end of her life. But maybe the family needs to stop blaming Bobby, Ray J and other men in her life and realize that Whitney was a grown woman who did what she wanted to do. But that’s our two cents.
Ray J did return to the hotel where Whitney died this week to pay respects. For months, he avoided the Beverly Hilton Hotel because the memories were just too painful. But now, the 31-year old is going back to reconnect to the spirit of Whitney in person.
Whitney’s mother has said that she would never go back to that place, but others realize that this was the last place that they would get a chance to remember their wonderful songstress. In spite of her troubles and challenges, Whitney was still one of the greatest singers of all time. We will always love you Whitney, and maybe Ray J loves you too.

Please let Whitney rest in peace…Whitney was the Auntie to both Brandy & Ray J…nothing more, nothing less. Bobby Brown got Whitney on the drugs, enabled Whitney for years, and is the cause of her drug use! The bible says the man is the head of the household. Obviously, Whitney was following his lead. Unfortunately it lead to her death. In the end GOD gets the final say in these matters. I truly enjoyed Whitney’s voice over the years, and I am so appreciative of GOD for allowing us to be able to hear Whitney. We won’t get that again…BELIEVE THAT!
I knew Whitney, went to the same church as she did. Bobby Brown did not start her on the drugs, but he certainly enhanced and kept her company doing them. Whitney was not on hardcore drugs before Bobby. She smoked cigarettes and at times her camp and her were said to have indulged in marajuana. After Bobbi Kristina was born, Bobby Brown was accouste by Whitney in Las Vegas for being in a hotel suite with Ralph Tresvant and three women. They were all doing hard core drugs. Whiteny and Bobby got into a heated fight leaving Whitney to go to her Aunt Dee Dee Warwicks home in Masion (Dione Warwick’s sister) After a few months had passed Whitney was seen in studios doing a more aggressive drug occasionally to keep her up late night recording. Ray J may have fallen in love with Whitney because he was always around her when she was mentoring Brandy. A lot of younger guys fall for beautiful older women. Especially someone as beautiful and successful as Whitney. RIP Angel
