Dwyane Wade On “The View” {Video}

According to theybf: NBA champion Dwyane Wade chatted it up with the ladies of “The View” during today’s Season 16 premiere, and he discussed his nasty divorce, winning full custody of his boys, and and his new book A Father First: How My Life Became Bigger Than Basketball (in stores now).

Dwyane Wade stopped by “The View” to dish on his new book which details his role as father to one of his nephews and to his two sons, Zaire, 10, and Zion, 5 (whom he won custody of in 2011).   The book follows how important fatherhood was to his own life growing up, and its importance now.

The ladies also addressed the allegations of domestic abuse and well as infidelity that were put out by his ex-wifeSiohvaughn. When asked why he never fought the allegations in public, he said he wanted to spend his time fighting for his boys and not petty gossip items in the press.

He also revealed that the divorce he went through was nasty, but he was awarded custody because the judge felt he was the best parent to facilitate a relationship between both he and Siohvaughn, for the kids’ sake.  He revealed that when the boys were in the custody of his ex-wife, she made it very hard for them to see him.

In a second segment, his sister and mother joined him on stage. They spoke about what a positive force his older sister was to him when his mother fell victim to heroin when he was young and she was in and out of jail (even escaping once and being a fugitive).  She made sure he had different options in life, brought him to live with his father and half brothers, and didn’t fall prey to the brutal streets of Chicago.

And in a light-hearted moment, Joy Behar added, “You are the snappiest dressed we’ve ever had on this show.”  Hedid look good though…

Tameka Raymond Fighting For A Fair Trial: Usher, his Attorney, & The Judge Are All Corrupt!

SMH. We told you some shady isht was going on!

It’s only been a week since a judge ended Usher and ex-wife Tameka Raymond’s long and bitter child custody battle by granting Ush parental control but it appears that Tameka has real reason to request a new trial:

Today, Lisa West, the attorney who represented Tameka in the bitter custody battle filed a HUGE motion where she is requesting a new trial in the case…. and the facts being presented in the motion are EXPLOSIVE!

Tameka’s lawyer alleges that John Mayoue, Usher’s attorney, has won EVERY case that he has ever brought in front of Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane, the Fulton County judge who ruled in the custody case.

The legal requirement is that cases be randomly and evenly assigned to judges upon filing, since January 1, 2008, John Mayoue has had 100% of his highest profile cases before this court.

Also according to the legal documents filed today, Mr. Mayoue “garnered 83% of the contributions” made for Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane’s reelection campaign…

The Motion also alleges that the Judge did NOT disclose the fact that she had that relationship with John Mayoue prior to the start of the case. Tameka’s attorney says it’s the judge’s responsibility to disclose that information and NOT the attorney’s job to seek it.

Shame on Judge Tipton-Lane. We know from following so many trials (like George Zimmerman for example) that a judge is required to disclose any conflict of interest to the attorneys in the case. We’d say getting all your re-election gwap from the rich and famous guy’s lawyer qualifies as a major conflict. SMH. This broad might be shady as Money Mitt “You’ll Never Count My Cayman Islands Cash” Romney…

Do you think Tameka deserves a new trial? But will she get one?

Tameka Raymond Responds To Court Ruling “Money Can Buy Many Things”!

Though she lost her custody battle for her two youngest boys yesterday, Tameka Raymond has not been silenced in her fight against Usher.

Tameka has not given up on this battle!  She recently posted on Twitter a few things referencing loyalty, what money can buy,  and winning against the enemy:

She never mentions Usher by name, we all know what this is about.

I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of Tameka as her lawyer will probably appeal.

Usher Held In Contempt Of Court

R Usher and Tameka’s custody battle first kicked off and there was all this drama over the whole Saks “Card”. Well Usher got slapped with contempt of court today after the court found out that he did cancel the card; which he said he  never did!

According to TMZ, a judge ordered him to re-open it:

The closed Saks card was just one of Tameka Raymond‘s many grievances in her ongoing custody fight against Usher — and now, the court has taken her side … holding the singer in contempt for pulling the plug on her fancy charge account.

Tameka claims she needs the account to do her job as a stylist.

As for the other grievances — Tameka said Usher owed her cash for the nanny bill … and continually failed to keep her in the loop about where and when he traveled with the kids.

The court agreed … and awarded Tameka $1,300 for the nanny.

The judge has yet to determine the ex-couple’s custody and support issues

Guess she’s laughin’ all the way to Saks now! Hopefully Big Ush learned his lesson and won’t tell the court any more shady lies.

Joe Johnson Say “My Baby Mama Has To Pay Some Child-Support Too”

When you get all the money, you get all the women.  But when you get all the women, you get all the baby’s mamas, child support and mega drama.  Joe Johnson from the Brookly Nets is figuring that out in child support court.

TMZ is reporting that Johnson, who just signed a $126 million dollar contract, is telling the courts that the mother of his child needs to  send him a check if he takes custody of his son.  This according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

The petition was filed this week asking the court to give Johnson full custody of his five year old son.  Johnson is apparently asking for the child support to help him cover all the tough expenses that come with the challenges of being a single father barely getting by on a $126 million dollar contract.

Adding another petty twist to the situation that will traumatize his child later on, Johnson is asking that the child’s mother, Shannon Beckton, submit to a DNA test to prove that the child is really his.

Johnson says that once it is confirmed that the boy is his, he will give the child his last name.   The judge hasn’t ruled on Johnson’s situation, but our ruling is that he is a punk ass beeyotch who probably needs to grow up.

Did Usher Sleep With One Of Tamika’s Bridesmaids???

Yesterday it was reported that Usher was crying like a baby, and an interesting question came up in court about him smashing one of his wife’s bridesmaid.

According to Bossip “Screw soap operas, Usher’s child custody trial has all the drama a lonely housewife needs — ’cause his ex-wife’s lawyer dropped a bombshell in court … accusing him of sexing one of Tameka Foster’s bridesmaids.

Usher was being cross-examined by Foster’s lawyer yesterday in Fulton County court … about his claim that Tameka brings nannies in and out of their children’s lives.

Tameka’s lawyer asked Usher if one of the nannies in question had “left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?” Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Davis was a bridesmaid for Tameka … and the alleged incident happened during their marriage.

Usher’s attorney quickly objected, but you gotta watch the clip to see how it played out in court. There’s also a contentious exchange between Usher and Tameka’s lawyer regarding that whole spitting incident.

The trial is in recess, and will be back in session in July. Until then … there’s always “Revenge.”

Basketball Wives Royce Reed Files Motion Against Custody Judge Citing Bias

Ok, ok, Royce Reed isn’t exactly a basketball wife but who’s keep tracking of that kind of thing anymore? Apparently, a Florida judge, who the Basketball Wives star has accused of impropriety in presiding over her custody battle with the father of her child Dwight Howard.

Reed claims that Judge Tim Shea has a particular problem with women who have children out of wedlock with NBA players and has filed a motion to have him removed from the case.

Dwight Howard, who plays for the Orlando Magic, claims that Reed has not been living up to her end of their visitation agreement, and began proceedings last month to challenge her primary custody status. Reed claims that the judge said that he would grant Howard custody before any evidence had even been presented, but delayed his ruling.

In response, Reed filed a motion asking that Judge Shea be removed, citing his bias against single mothers and his close political ties with Howard’s lawyer. She also believes that Dwight Howard’s local celebrity is preventing her from receiving a fair trail in Orlando, stating in the motion “I am afraid if Judge Shea continues to preside over this case, I will lose custody of my son.”

Howard has been open about his distaste for his son’s exposure to the reality television life and has brought Reed to court in the past for violating their agreement to never show pictures or video of the child to the public – this is why Basketball Wives viewers have never seen or heard about either Dwight Howard or his child.

But in spite of her past shady behavior, could this judge really have a ‘baby mama bias’?
