RHOA Star Sheree Whitfield Wins $75,000 Child Support Case Against Ex-Husband

Former NFL star Bob Whitfield has 21 days to fork over $75,000 to his reality star ex-wife Sheree Whitfield for overdue child support … or else.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ … Bob admits he failed to make 38 monthly child support payments of $2,142 to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star … more than $81k.
Bob claimed he simply didn’t have the money — and had asked the court to lower his obligation … but that was denied.
Now, the two sides have struck a deal in which Bob has agreed to hand over $75k before Nov. 11 … or face the consequences in court.
In addition to the $75k, Bob has also agreed to pay $1,000 per month for the next 12 months — before reverting back to the original $2,142.
Fun Fact — Back in 2000, Whitfield signed a 6-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons in the neighborhood of $30 million.

How do you make all that money and have the nerve to be missing child support payments?? We bet Big Bob’s hoes got their “payments”…SMH

Kim Kardashian Compares Divorce To Cancer

Kim Kardashian seemingly does 20 interviews a day. She’s just so popular. So it makes sense that every once in a while she’ll say something that makes our brains explode. Today, she told the Guardian that she understood how a cancer patient felt because she also went through something traumatic: her divorce from Kris Humphries. SMH.

“… [W]e decided to film for the wedding,” she says. “And that was a decision that [Kris Humphries] and I made together. But I think that, with any decisions in life [brace yourselves], like, I spoke to a girl today who had cancer and we were talking about how this is such a hard thing for her, but it taught her a big lesson on who her friends are and so much about life. She’s 18. And I was like, that’s how I feel.”

No. No. No. No.

That’s NOT how you feel. At all. However the cancer patient feels. You don’t feel that way. At all. We promise.

Camille Grammar Gets $30 Milli In Divorce From Ex-Hubby Kelsey

Camille is officially cakin’. We knew divorce was expensive but COTDAYUUUUUM! Grammar just won a whopping $30 Mil in her divorce from television actor/director/producer Kelsey Grammar, who dropped her like a bad habit during her first season on BRAVO’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for a flight attendant he met during their marriage.

According to TMZ reports:

Camille Grammer will get roughly $30 million in her divorce from Kelsey Grammer — and if we can say … she deserves it.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ … Camille and Kelsey are “very close” to inking a property settlement agreement. We’re told the total value of the assets in the marriage is around $60 million. We say “around” because a big chunk is the 3 homes they own which are now on the market. They’re estimating when everything is sold the pot will be around $60 mil.
Sources tell us Camille will get a straight 50% of the assets. Here’s why she deserves it. We’re told when the couple married, Kelsey was broke. Pretty shocking, considering he had earned “Cheers” and “Frasier” money. But bad decisions and a drug problem nearly sent Kelsey to the poor house.
We’re told Camille righted the ship and managed the money to where they now have tens of millions to split.

We never knew Kelsey was broke when Camille married him. Wow. Now we definitely have to clap it up for her getting that gwap. Kudos Camille.

And a happy divorce settlement to ya boo.

Woman Found Murdered 2 days After Calling 911 For Help

According to Sandra Rose: A 32-year-old Dallas woman was found dead in her bathtub 2 days after calling 911 for help, according to published reports. Police arrested Deanna Cook Patrick’s ex-husband, Delvecchio Patrick, 35, and charged him with murder.

The Dallas police department is conducting an internal investigation into the handling of Ms. Cook’s 911 call on Friday, Aug. 17.

According to police records, Cook, who dialed 911 from her cell phone, could beheard screaming for her ex-husband to stop attacking her. “Delvecchio, why are you doing this?” she yelled.

“Red, please stop, I didn’t do anything to you,” she said, referring to Patrick by his nickname.

It took police 9 minutes to locate Cook’s address because she called from a cell phone. Officers were dispatched to Cook’s south Dallas residence but there was no response to knocks on the door, the Dallas Police Department wrote on its Facebook page on Monday.

Police also interviewed Cook’s neighbors who said they heard no disturbance from Ms. Cook’s residence.

Delvecchio Patrick (right) was booked into the Dallas County jail on Sunday. His bail was set at $500,000. Patrick has a history of assaulting Cook.

He was arrested 3 times for attacking her, and he pleaded guilty to all 3 assault charges.

In the hours before she died, Deanna Cook — who used the Twitter name @DivaSexyDallas — tweeted that her ex-husband threatened to kill her.

“Wouldn’t be so bad if he ain’t tried 3 times before, But I’m Gods Child ain’t never scared,” she tweeted on August 17 — the same day she was murdered.

In another tweet dated April 9, Cook wrote “I just found out my Down Low X Husband Lovers name!! Wat a SOUR PUSS…”

Kris Humphries’ Parents Are Filing For Divorce Too!

Love is elusive for the Humphries family these days — TMZ has learned that Kris Humphries’ parents are going through a divorce of their own.
According to documents filed in Minnesota, Kris’ mom Debra filed for divorce from husband William earlier this month. The couple has three adult children — Kris and his two older sisters, Krystal and Kaela.
There will be some serious burger money up for grabs in the split — William owns several Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurants throughout Minnesota.
It’s pretty ironic … Kris is fighting a divorce from Kim because he says it goes against his religious beliefs. Perhaps it’s time to take a cue from mom?

Well damn, looks like no one in this family can get this whole marriage thing right. We just hope their divorce isn’t as drawn out as their son’s.

Chad Johnson SPEAKS, Says He Apologizes To Fans & Still “Loves Evelyn To Death”

According to theybf: After the statements & divorce papers from Evelyn Lozada, Chad Johnson is now saying his piece.

Chad has been absent from Twitter ever since that foolishness of a night where he allegedly head butted his wife, Evelyn Lozada, and was subsequently arrested.

But today, RT’d two sites who had posted two statements from him about the matter. The first was his websiteOchoCinco News Network where Chad apologized and said he truly loves Evelyn to death:

I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.

And the second was a statement to Black Sports Online, where he thanked his fans for their support and wishes Ev the best:

“I am going to let the legal process run its course. I wish Evelyn nothing but the best, I have no negative words to say about her, the only thing I can say is I love her very much.
I will continue to be positive and stay training hard for another opportunity in the NFL.
I appreciate all my fans and supporters and if I have disappointed you in any way, you have my sincerest apologies. Once again I will continue to stay positive and appreciate all the support during this tough period in my life.”

Which “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” couple is headed for divorce court? We probably would have guessed Cynthia and Peter too… but it turns out it’s trouble in paradise for Phaedra Parks and her ex-con hubster Apollo!

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is thinking about getting a divorce from her husband Apollo! Phaedra was even recently seen at Light and Salvation Outreach Ministries Church this past Sunday ringless!
A source close to the couple tell AllAboutTRH EXCLUSIVELY, “The producers from RHOA are trying to snoop and shoot certain scenes of them arguing, but Apollo is just so aggressive he has started to refuse to partake in any filming. Apollo has even started threatening to take there son Ayden and leave.”
The source adds, “Phaedra is amazing with her son Ayden and that’s her main focus throughout all of this. Phaedra showed up to Church Sunday with Ayden, without a ring and without Apollo!”

No ring on at church without the hubby doesn’t seem that big of a deal to us, but we’ve been hearing rumors for some time that Apollo has more than a wandering eye and that other parts of him have been wandering as well so we can’t say we’re completely surprised.

All we know is he better get lawyered up cuz everybody knows Phaedra ain’t about no play play when it comes to court.

Pilar Sanders has been quietly recoving from “divorce battle” wounds and seems to be getting on with her life.

The tight bodied chick showed off her vacay pics in Miami with her cute kids recently.

And she’s working on a fitness DVD so everybody can have killer abs like her. She plans to launch it this summer.

Usher Looking To Settle Child Custody Case With Ex-Wife Tameka Raymond

It seems that the tragic accident involving Tameka Raymond’s son Kile has helped bring a softer side out of her ex-husband Usher:

According to TMZ reports:

Usher has changed his tune and now wants to up his ante to settle his epic child support/custody war with Tameka Raymond after the jet ski accident that left his stepson Kyle brain dead … TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ … Usher spoke with Tameka over the weekend and suggested that they settle up, but he did not significantly change his offer — 50/50 custody with a very slight increase in child support. Tameka said no way.
But apparently Usher softened after the conversation, because our sources say he met with his lawyers earlier this week and instructed them to craft a new proposal that would give Tameka “a majority” of custody, though the sources did not specify the exact breakdown. We’re told Usher is also raising his child support offer “significantly.”
As for Usher’s motivation … we’re told he’s very conscious that Tameka is suffering and it’s not a good move to continue the fight under the circumstances.
We’re told the offer has not been presented to Tameka yet, but our sources say she’s open to a “reasonable settlement.”
Calls to lawyers on both sides have not been returned.

These are such sad circumstances but it seems as if something positive can still come out of this tragedy.

He also mentioned that Kelis having a screaming match with 20 racist cops in Miami one night was one of the highlights of his life.
