Chad Ochocinco Tattoos Evelyn Lozada’s Face On His Leg

Chad is losing his damn mind! So Evelyn knows it’s real…he get’s a tat!

Via TMZ reports:

Chad Johnson desperately wants to let Evelyn Lozada know he still cares about her … so he went out and got an image of her FACE tattooed on his right leg with the name “Eve” underneath it.

Johnson posted the photo on his Twitter page today … the image is his new profile pic featured at the top of his page. It’s unclear if the tat is real … or of the temporary variety. Sources tell us Chad got the work done this past weekend.

Either way, Chad may not be getting his money’s worth from the ink — sources close to Evelyn say she still feels strongly about divorcing Johnson … and she’s made it clear to friends she will NOT be getting back together with the former NFL star.

As we previously reported, Evelyn filed for divorce last month … three days after Chad allegedly headbutted her during a heated argument.

Chad was arrested for domestic violence over the incident — but officials are still deciding whether or not charges will be filed against him.

A rep for Chad had no comment on the story.

9-Year-Old Charged With Murder After Beating A 14-Month Old Baby To Death

WTF?!

9-Year-Old Charged With Murder Of 14-Month Old

King Quan is what Alisha Johnson called her 14-month-old son the day he was born, and that’s how she referred to him Saturday when he was eulogized six days after authorities said he was beaten to death by a 9-year-old boy.

Taquan A. Willis died last Sunday after he was found beaten, allegedly by a member of the family they were living with in Cahokia. The 9-year-old was charged with first-degree murder Tuesday in juvenile court, but authorities did not release his name nor any specifics about the case when they announced the charge Friday.

Family members attending Taquan’s funeral Saturday said they are not sure what happened in the house in the 300 block of Isabell Road, where the boy was found unconscious on the floor. Relatives say he was in the home with his two brothers, ages 2 and 3, and a friend of his mother’s, along with her boyfriend, a 12-year-old boy and the 9-year-old charged in Taquan’s death.

Johnson’s aunt, Jessica Jackson, said the 9-year-old boy is a relative of Melissa Wilbourn, whom family members say Johnson had lived with for about a month.

Jackson said Wilbourn told relatives she heard a groaning sound and went to check on the kids, who were in a back room, asleep on the floor. She went back to bed, then heard the sound again and went back into the room and called out to Taquan.

“She said she picked him up and he was limp,” Jackson said.

In only 14 months, Taquan had made quite an impact on his family.

After the funeral service at New Jerusalem Pentecostal Ministries in Centreville, Taquan’s father, Todd A. Willis Jr., said he would always remember two special things about the boy.

“I loved his smile and the way he poked his lips out to give me a kiss,” he said softly after helping to carry his son’s small white casket with white flowers and blue ribbons to a white hearse.

Johnson said she nicknamed the boy King Quan because he was her “King.” He was the youngest of her three children. His smile was on her mind on Saturday.

“He was just a happy baby,” she said. “He would bring a lot of joy to you. He smiled and danced.” She said “SpongeBob SquarePants” was his favorite television show.

We can’t even imagine the pain that this family is feeling, R.I.P Taquan Willis.

Evelyn Lozada is not ready for her close up: Evelyn Spotted Once Since The Fight With Chad

Spotted over at SandraRose.com-Unemployed reality TV star Evelyn Lozada was spotted strolling on the beach near her home in Florida on Friday. Lozada, 42, wore a cap pulled down over her forehead to hide the scar from a headbutt delivered by her soon-to-be ex-husband Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, 34.

Both Lozada and Johnson lost their jobs on a reality TV show as a result of the unscheduled fight.

Lozada’s publicist told TMZ Lozada isn’t going anywhere without her hat — at least until she has plastic surgery to smooth away the scar from the stitches she received to close the 3-inch gash.

Earlier this week, Lozada’s people (allegedly) planted the false rumor that Lozada would appear on Oprah’s Next Chapter. Lozada’s camp had hoped the rumor would prompt Oprah’s people to reach out to Lozada to get her side of what happened that night.

9 Shooting Victims Outside Of The Empire State Building Were Shot By Police

Who taught these guys to shoot?!?!

Empire State Building Shooting Victims Were Shot By Police

A laid-off designer hellbent on revenge executed the man he blamed for his firing on a packed Midtown street yesterday — and then baited NYPD officers into a suicide-by-cop outside the Empire State Building that left nine pedestrians struck by police gunfire.

Jeffrey Johnson maniacally pumped five rounds into his former colleague Steve Ercolino around 9 a.m. outside 10 W. 33rd Street. He then calmly strolled onto bustling Fifth Avenue, where he pointed his weapon at cops.

The ensuing gunfire sent tourists and commuters into a frenzied scramble for cover right in front of the main entrance of the landmark skyscraper.

“I couldn’t believe there was a shooting at 9 o’clock in the morning in front of the Empire State Building!” said Marc Engel, an accountant who witnessed the shoot-’em-up from an M34 bus.

“It took about 15 seconds, a lot of pop, pop, pop, pop — one shot after another.”

How the hell did 9 people get shot by the cops you ask?

Johnson, who was carrying a black canvas tote-bag, pulled out his .45 as he spotted the cops — who were posted outside the Empire State Building.

The officers ordered him to “freeze” and drop his weapon, but Johnson raised his gun instead, according to Browne.

The cops opened fire — hitting Johnson with at least seven of their 17 shots, Browne said.

Two innocent bystanders were hit by rounds from the cops’ guns, while another seven passers-by were grazed or struck by bullet fragments that ricocheted off large flower pots along Fifth Avenue.

Here are some of the facts that have been revealed in the wake of the tragic shooting

* All nine wounded bystanders were struck by NYPD bullets that were aimed at Johnson, whose handgun jammed when he tried to shoot at the officers. The victims were five women and four men.

* Johnson, 58, blamed his victim and ex-co-worker, sales exec Steve Ercolino, for causing his dismissal as a women’s accessory designer about two years ago from Hazan Import Co.

* One of the cops who killed Johnson, Officer Craig Matthews, is suing the NYPD for retaliation he faced after exposing arrest and summons quotas in The Bronx’s 42nd Precinct.

Although there has been no word of this yet, we suspect that the NYPD will be facing big lawsuits from those injured by stray bullets.

The Island Of St. Maarten Plans To Sue Chad Johnson And Evelyn Lozada For $90,000 That Paid For Their Reality TV Wedding!

When it rains, it pours. These two can’t catch a break!

<St. Maarten May Sue Chad Johnson And Evelyn Lozada For $90,000 Contract Breach

The Council of Ministers, namely the Minister of Education, Youth, and Sports Silveria Jacobs and the Minister of Finance Roland Tuitt may soon have to take legal actions in the United States against Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson and his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada if they fail to abide by the contract they have with the government of St. Maarten. Johnson and Lozada signed a contract with the government of St. Maarten and obtained approximately $90,000 for their wedding which was held on St. Maarten on July 4th, 2012. The official and legal ceremony was conducted on the Dutch side of the island while the wedding and reception was held at the Le Chateau des Palmiers in Low Lands.

The government of St. Maarten entered into the contract with the foreign couple in which they agreed to have their wedding aired on VH1 in the USA. If the wedding was aired as agreed upon then St. Maarten would have received more publicity that would further boost the island’s tourism economy. However, Johnson and Lozada are now going through divorce procedures after the couple had a domestic dispute over the weekend. Johnson was arrested and is currently out on bail for head butting his wife Evelyn. Based on online media sources, it is understood that due to current developments VH1 will no longer air the wedding ceremony since the couple is now battling in a divorce procedure just 41 days after they tied the knot.

SMN News learnt that two Members of Parliament, one of which is supporting the current coalition government practically forced the current coalition government to make the monies available to Johnson and Lozada since they were busy negotiating with the couple prior to the fall of the UP/DP government. SMN News also learnt via our sources that the Prime Minister of St. Maarten Sarah Wescot Williams objected to the investment but her concerns were not taken into consideration and the Council of Ministers went ahead with the investment which they placed under “strategic advertising” for the island.

Reliable sources within the government apparatus said that the two MPs were supposedly getting a kick back from the monies government invested in the wedding of NFL player Chad Johnson. The source said one particular MP has connections in the United States and that Member of Parliament made commitments with the couple and other political heads in the US.

When SMN News reporter asked members of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday during the Council of Ministers’ press briefing if government intends to retrieve the tax-payers monies they invested in the wedding if the contract is not upheld, Minister of Education Silveria Jacobs at first deferred the question to the Minister of Finance but then she later said that the media was asked not to publish previously mentioned information on the couple’s wedding locally because the series is scheduled to air in September 2012.

Says Minister of Finance Roland Truitt:

“When someone is investing in business it’s a risk they are taking and if something happens then they will have to deal with the consequences. Naturally, we have a contract with Johnson and Lozada and that contract has some clauses inside of it and St. Maarten will use those clauses if necessary.”

Chad “Head-Butt” Johnson Loses Multi-Million Dollar Water Endorsement Deal

Chad is having the worst week ever

Former Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson’s week continues in a free fall, this time losing an endorsement deal with Zico brand coconut water, reports ESPN.com:

“The Zico brand is about supporting naturally powered athletes,” the company said in a statement. “We partnered with Chad Johnson because of our great respect for what he has achieved on the playing field. However, in light of recent events involving Mr. Johnson, we have decided to terminate our relationship. The values we espouse, through our employees, our customers and our brand, are central to our mission. We have taken this proactive step to demonstrate just how important those values are.”

Johnson was arrested Saturday night for allegedly head-butting his reality vixen wife, Evelyn Lozada. Soon later the Dolphins released him and his wife filed for divorce on Tuesday. As of today, Ochostinko still has a deal with Reebok even though he is not on an NFL roster.

Some say you have to hit rock bottom before things start to look up, we think Chad is about there.

Joe Johnson Say “My Baby Mama Has To Pay Some Child-Support Too”

When you get all the money, you get all the women.  But when you get all the women, you get all the baby’s mamas, child support and mega drama.  Joe Johnson from the Brookly Nets is figuring that out in child support court.

TMZ is reporting that Johnson, who just signed a $126 million dollar contract, is telling the courts that the mother of his child needs to  send him a check if he takes custody of his son.  This according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

The petition was filed this week asking the court to give Johnson full custody of his five year old son.  Johnson is apparently asking for the child support to help him cover all the tough expenses that come with the challenges of being a single father barely getting by on a $126 million dollar contract.

Adding another petty twist to the situation that will traumatize his child later on, Johnson is asking that the child’s mother, Shannon Beckton, submit to a DNA test to prove that the child is really his.

Johnson says that once it is confirmed that the boy is his, he will give the child his last name.   The judge hasn’t ruled on Johnson’s situation, but our ruling is that he is a punk ass beeyotch who probably needs to grow up.

Magic And The HIV-Positive Girl Who Changed Him Met 20 Years Ago

It amazes me when children display intelligence and courage that adults do not even display.

When Magic Johnson announced to the world that he was infected with HIV in November of 1991, he instantly became the face of the virus.

But not too long after he made his announcement, the world focused its eyes on another face: a sweet, 7-year-old girl who had a hard time dealing with her HIV-positive status.

During a taping of a Nickelodeon AIDS Special that focused on informing youth that the virus can affect anyone, Hydeia Broadbent sat bravely near Johnson among a group of younger children sharing how hard it was for her to deal with negative perceptions of the virus and the teasing she experienced over it. But then she broke down and, fighting through her tears, told him, “I want people to know that we’re just normal people.”

He put his massive hand on her tiny shoulder and told her, “Aww, you don’t have to cry. Because we are normal people. OK? We are.”

Now, some 20 years later, Hydeia and Magic continue to be very powerful voices for people living with HIV, CNN reports. Magic became infected because he had unprotected sex. And Hydeia became a victim of the virus through her drug-using mother. Both reunited back in March during a Los Angeles screening of “The Announcement,” a documentary about the NBA legend coming forward about his HIV status. Hydeia’s tearful moment during the Nickelodeon special was replayed during the documentary.

WATCH Magic And Hydeia Talk About HIV 20 Years Ago (Timed at 8:22 in clip)

Magic recalls their first meeting some 20 years ago as a moment that further focused his commitment to HIV/AIDS awareness :

“Hydeia means the world to me,” Johnson said. “When I first met her 20 years ago and saw how emotional and devastated she was by the treatment she was getting from other people, it just broke my heart into pieces.

“That very moment was both sad and inspirational. It made me want to do more to bring awareness to the disease and educate people so that no one would have to feel the way she did that day.”

Hydeia, now 27, continues to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS. In addition to delivering lectures at universities and giving speeches at conferences, she says she is very straightforward when informing young people about how difficult it is to be HIV-positive. Hydeia says she is particularly troubled with today’s younger generation who she feels under-estimates the realities of being HIV-positive.

“I try to tell it as real as I can, that this isn’t a disease they want,” she said. “The current generation, they don’t know the reality of HIV/AIDS. They look at me and Magic Johnson and think you can pop a pill and be OK. They don’t know the seriousness of the disease. They don’t know the side effects of the medicine. They don’t know the financial realities of the situation.

“They really don’t know that you can die.”

Today, African-Americans are disproportionately affected by HIV/AIDS. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Blacks account for just 14 percent of the U.S. population, but accounted for 44 percent of new HIV infections in 2009. Gay Black men are especially affected. Between 2006-2009, gay men accounted for more than 48 percent of new HIV infections. In 2009, 30 percent of Black women accounted for HIV infections among all Blacks. More than 85 percent of Black women acquired HIV through heterosexual sex.

While those living with HIV/AIDS no longer have to endure the same level of ignorance now as Magic and Hydeia had to deal with more than 20 years ago, numbers provided by the CDC clearly reveal that our community has work even harder to educate each other about HIV.

Hopefully, 20 years from now, neither Blacks nor any any other race of people will have to deal with the ugliness of this horrible virus that brought then seven-year-old Hydeia to tears.

Diddy, Tyler Perry, Magic Johnson All Getting Their Own Network

According to Theybf:

It’s almost like Oprah gifted her celebrity friends with one of her favorite things–a cable network!  But it wasn’t her doing.  Diddy, Tyler Perry, Magic Johnson are just a few of the powerful celebs who have announced (more) immediate plans for their very own tv networks.

Deets inside…

After previous reports said this was coming down the pipeline, Sean “Diddy” Combs made his official announcement today to reveal REVOLT, his new cable TV network he has teamed up with other investors to create.

According to the network, it is described as follows:

REVOLT is a revolution in music on television, a place where artists and their viewers come together and engage with technology and social media. It’s a channel where new artists can share their work in the way it was meant to be: raw, uncut, and uncensored. REVOLT was selected by Comcast to be the first music network to truly leverage the power of social media, fueling the live music dialogue and influencing the music culture for the video-centric generation.

Hopefully this won’t be a channel mainly used as a platform for Diddy/Bad Boy projects.  But it’s a huge deal nonetheless.

REVOLT was selected as one of four new minority-owned independent networks to be broadly distributed on Comcast Cable systems between July 2012 and January 2014.   Diddy commented:

I’m honored by the opportunity to be part of this effort to bring diverse programming to the masses. Marked by this partnership with Comcast, my hope is that this new network will spark a revolution in entertainment and encourage other media and communications companies to bring REVOLT to their audiences.

I’m thrilled to be at the helm to usher in a completely new model of television that brings together the artist community, social media, and cutting edge technology.  The opportunity to create a home for music, artists, and fans to communicate in an authentic way is truly unique. REVOLT will celebrate and recreate the platform that helped launch my career, and give the world a new way to experience music on television.

Check out the video above of Diddy talking about his new network.

Entrepreneur and NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson, in partnership with GMC TV, also has a network project scooped up by Comcast called Aspire.

Aspire is dedicated to delivering enlightening, entertaining and positive programming to African-Americans families, including movies, documentaries, short films, music, comedy, visual and performing arts, and faith and inspirational programs. it’s also set to celebrate the successes, achievements and accomplishments of the African-American community and create new opportunities for the next generation of African-American visionaries. The network will launch by summer 2012.

Magic commented:

“Aspire will be a network that encourages and challenges African-Americans to reach for their dreams and will appeal to all generations. Aspire will celebrate our heritage, our groundbreaking achievements and the fearless talent that has shaped American culture. I’m most excited about Aspire creating opportunities for the new voices, new visions and the next generation of storytellers.”

Fab!

Meanwhile, Tyler Perry hit up Jay Leno‘s show recently and confirmed his new tv network.  He said he’s contemplating naming it TylerVision (but reports also say “Tyler TV” is being considered).  And no, he won’t be competing with Oprah’s OWN.

Tyler already has umpteen shows on TBS and even more movies under the Lionsgate brand.  So Lionsgate is teaming up with Mr. Perry to launch his own cable tv network.

On how a Tyler Perry cable venture might be rolled out, Lionsgate “could buy and rebrand a not-fully distributed channel, or pursue a “nesting strategy” with a channel it already has, including TV Guide.”

BONUS: Bounce TV, the nation’s first-ever, free broadcast television network marketed exclusively to African-American audiences, launched recently and director Will Packer and businessman Andrew Young are at the helm.  HuffPost Black Voices has the story.

I’m all about minority ownership.  So all of this gets a thumbs up from me.  Congrats fellas!
