MSNBC’s Tamron Hall Has On-Air Quarrel With Tim Carney Over Disrespectful Allegations
MSNBC’s Tamron Hall handily shut down guest Tim Carney on Friday, in an exchange so fiery that she immediately began trending on Twitter.
Hall asked Carney about Mitt Romney’s testy reaction to a reporter asking about marijuana on Thursday. Before addressing the question, he alleged that she and the rest of the media were focusing too much attention on the candidate’s past — including his bullying of two classmates in high school.
“What you’re doing here is a typical media trick,” Carney charged. “You hype up a story and justify the second-day coverage of the story.”
That set Hall off. She began to tell him that he didn’t have to “answer a single question” she asked or “accept the invitation to come on” and speak. Carney tried to interject, but she told him, “You’re kind of in my house,” and proceeded to smack him down for over a minute.
“You’re not gonna come on and insult me, you’re not gonna come on and insult the network when you knew what we were gonna talk about,” she concluded. “Done.” With that, she cut to another guest.
Moral of the story: Don’t f**k around with Tamron f**king Hall!

Connie, I totally agree!! Tamron should give lessons to other accomodating reporters scared to call out these GOP Tea Bag Racist! FINALLY, we have a reporter who has taken a stand by not allowing Carney to bully her with deliberate tactics to make it appear she isn’t right for asking the right questions! If Obama has Romney’s pass you best believe every cracker minded reporter would be all over his past, as they’ve tried to do. Carney & Co are so use to using their white priviledge bullying that usually works with weak minded accomodating Black reporters, but this time he got SHUT DOWN!!! WAY TO GO, AND KEEP IT GOING!

I love it. I wish I had seen it as it happened. All of our journalist and would-be journalist should be sent a copy of that. She should get an NAACP image award or a championship belt for that. We should all send her an email tanking her for that. Thank you Tamro, you’ve made us proud.

I have to give it to her for letting this arrogant ass know just who he was dealing with and that he’s not in charge no matter what he may think. She’s a true professional and knows her budiness so much so that he will not dominate her show and try to make her look small. She turned the tables on this jerk and kicked his ass to the curb.
